WordPress Plugin – LinkGather



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the links for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can start using it.

Instructions


A new tab on the options side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

Clicking on the Home title, this will take you to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to take you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL table, you get more info should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in click here short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you click here do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
